Cultural Fusion Bi-literacy & Tri-lingualism Festival_ Cantonese Opera Appreciation Event — Dang Ma2026-01-29 (Thursday)In celebration of our school’s "Biliteracy and Trilingualism Week," teachers and F.2 students visited the Ko Shan Theatre to enjoy the classic Cantonese Opera excerpt "Stopping the Horse," presented by The Chinese Artists Association of Hong Kong. Immersed in a professional theatrical setting, students observed the dynamic artistry of the performers up close, witnessing the traditional four skills of "singing, acting, reciting, and acrobatics." Within this cross-cultural atmosphere, students not only experienced the unique charm of Lingnan arts firsthand but also—while appreciating this national heritage—gained a profound understanding of the rhythmic beauty of operatic language and the enduring spirit of Chinese culture.
