Eight junior secondary students participated in the "History e-Reading Award Scheme 2025," a key annual student event organized by the PSHE Section, CDI, EDB. They received Appreciation Awards and Participation Awards, and the principal presented the certificates to them one by one.

Four ambassadors of the Basic Law participated in an EDB shadow puppet workshop, where students engaged in the production process and learned how to operate the puppets, experiencing the charm of traditional cultural heritage.

Our school’s badminton team members participated in the Inter-School Badminton Competition (Boys Grade A) in October 2025. Facing several strong teams, our students demonstrated great resilience and technical skill. Team members supported one another and executed tactics effectively. The team’s coordination improved markedly, with well‑synchronized net kills.

Our school\'s badminton team members took part in the Inter-School Badminton Competition (Boys Grade B) in January 2026. Our students displayed excellent individual skills and showed confidence and sportsmanship on court. In the intense matches, each player gave their all, striving to bring honor to the school.

On 14th January 2026, SJA PSHE organized a field study in Central for all S1 students. Students visited four representative landmarks: Tai Kwun, Man Mo Temple, Jamia Mosque, and the site of Dr. José Rizal's former residence. They conducted observations and analysis from architectural, religious, social, historical, and geographical viewpoints. Through this experience, students not only deepened their appreciation and understanding of local cultural heritage but also strengthened their sense of community and national identity.

In celebration of our school’s "Biliteracy and Trilingualism Week," teachers and F.2 students visited the Ko Shan Theatre to enjoy the classic Cantonese Opera excerpt "Stopping the Horse," presented by The Chinese Artists Association of Hong Kong. Immersed in a professional theatrical setting, students observed the dynamic artistry of the performers up close, witnessing the traditional four skills of "singing, acting, reciting, and acrobatics." Within this cross-cultural atmosphere, students not only experienced the unique charm of Lingnan arts firsthand but also—while appreciating this national heritage—gained a profound understanding of the rhythmic beauty of operatic language and the enduring spirit of Chinese culture.

December 6, 2025 and January 3, 2025 were the big days for our school's 70th-anniversary Information Day and Variety Show. Many parents, alumni, and students came to the school to participate, making the event exceptionally lively, and the Variety Show was brilliant, it showed different talents of students and teachers. After listening to Principal Yuen's S 1 admission talk, the guests visited various special rooms and took part in small games. Finally, they exchanged for small souvenirs as mementos. Together, everyone spent a memorable and unforgettable time.

Through the "Light of Hope Prayer Service," both secondary and primary students gained a deeper understanding of the spirit of Christ.

Confidence and communication skills were on full display when our students visited Aberdeen St. Peter’s Catholic Primary School. On 13 January 2026, they shared their expertise in learning English with primary pupils, following the Principal's introductory talk. This mentoring experience allowed our students to practice leadership and articulate their knowledge in a real-world setting, creating a fun and meaningful learning exchange for both age groups.
