We wish the student continued success in their future endeavors! 2025-11-15Making scented candles and personal perfumes workshopEighteen students from our school participated in a workshop on making scented candles and personal perfumes. The students learned about the base notes and classifications of different essential oils, and then blended their own formulas according to their preferences to create unique personal perfumes and scented candles, in preparation for the February market marketing event. 2025-11-14All Souls’ Day MassEvery November, the school held a memorial service for deceased faculty and alumni, reminding believers of Christ's promise: death is not an end but a threshold to eternal life. Father Wan emphasized the importance of making moral choices during life, as there will be judgment after death. He calls for prayers for the souls in purgatory, so they may be released from purgatory and enjoy the blessings of eternal life. 2025-11-14Huaqiao UniversityOn 14 November 2025, our Career Planning Team invited a representative from the Admissions Office of Huaqiao University to give a talk to selected S6 students. The session provided detailed information about the university’s academic programmes, institutional features, and the application. Students actively asked questions, and the event proved highly informative in supporting their future study planning. 2025-11-12Student Union Voting DayThe Election Committee conducted the 31st Student Union election on Thursday, June 11, 2025. Students from all grades actively participated in voting, creating a lively atmosphere. 2025-11-12National Games rugby sevens competitionIn the recent National Games rugby sevens competition at Kai Tak Sports Park, the Hong Kong men's team excelled, winning against Shandong (24:12) and Tianjin (50:0). Coach Gao Xun expressed satisfaction with their performance, as they aim for gold against Inner Mongolia on November 13. The women's team faced challenges, losing 12:31 to Shandong and 12:19 to Sichuan, but remain hopeful for future matches. Students from our school had great opportunities to watch the competition, feeling honored and excited to support local athletes while emphasizing the need for greater visibility for women’s sports. 2025-11-08St. Francis University Info Day VisitThe Career Planning Team organized a visit to the St. Francis University Information Day on November 8, 2025. Led by our teachers, S6 students had the opportunity to explore the university campus in person. Through program talks, campus facility tours, and interactions with current students and faculty, participants gained firsthand experience of the university learning environment and learned about the unique features and admission requirements of different faculties. This visit aims to broaden students' perspectives on further studies and provide valuable insights for their future career planning. 2025-11-07Talks on "Hong Kong's Legal System and Rule of Law" for S4 and S5 studentsOn the afternoon of 7 November 2025, Department of Citizenship and Social Development invited Ms. Cheng Ching, a solicitor, also a council member of the Law Society of Hong Kong, to our school to deliver a talk on "Hong Kong's Legal System and the Rule of Law" for S4 and S5 students. In addition to explaining Hong Kong's legal system and the situation of rule of law, Ms. Cheng also shared insights about the work of lawyers, broadening the students' view and providing them with invaluable knowledge. 2025-10-18Musical Revival for Missionary DayOn October 18th, at the Catholic Diocese of Hong Kong's Jubilee 2025 Musical Revival for Missionary Day, themed "Peace be with you !", 10 of our school's teachers and students transformed into "listeners of hope." They participated in the event and heard many deeply touching "hope stories." These stories were like magic, teaching us how to maintain an optimistic heart in the face of adversity. The atmosphere of the music prayer meeting was as lively as a party, allowing everyone to feel the power of hope. 2025-10-06Teachers' Day Celebration 2025Mr. Leung Yan Wing, a former teacher of our school, and Mr. Chan Kin Chiu, a current teacher, have been nominated to attend the "Teachers' Day Celebration 2025" jointly organized by the Education Bureau and the Teachers' Day Campaign Committee, where they will receive awards.
