To enhance students’ awareness of healthy living, reduce stress, and relax emotions, our school organized a variety of stress-relief activities from October 13 to October 17. The activities included morning sharing sessions given by students—“Your Guide to a Vibrant, Healthy Lifestyle”, a social worker morning sharing on “Understanding Anxiety,” lunchtime DIY workshops, music broadcasts during lunch, and interactive online booth events.
In addition, to coordinate with Healthy Lifestyle Week, the library held a themed book exhibition titled “Healthy Living,” displaying a collection of the latest books on maintaining both physical and mental wellness.
Furthermore, the Visual Arts Department organized the “Healthy Mobile App Sticker Design Competition,” encouraging students to express their creativity by designing stickers for use in messaging apps.
More than 500 students participated in Healthy Lifestyle Week. They were cheerful, enthusiastic, and actively engaged in all the mental wellness activities.
