​I. Method of Application

Applicants should submit the application form and upload relevant documents via the school application portal (https://smart.sja.edu.hk/tt/application_menu.php) on the school website (www.sja.edu.hk).

Office hour:
9:00 am - 4:00 pm (Monday to Friday)
9:00 am - 12:00 noon (Saturday)

II. Documents to be submitted

1. One recent photo
2. A copy of t he applicant's birth certificate/identification documents (e.g. HKID Card)
3. Copies of latest 2 years applicant's academic reports
4. Copies of other achievement certificates
5. A copy of the applicant's Certificate of Baptism (Catholic)
