Instruction Notes to S1 Admission (2026 – 2027)

Method of Application:
Applicants should submit the application form and upload relevant documents via the school application portal (https://smart.sja.edu.hk/tt/application_menu.php) on the school website (www.sja.edu.hk).

Office hour:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
Saturday：9:00 am – 12:00 noon

Documents to be submitted:
1. One recent photo
2. A copy of the applicant's birth certificate/identification documents (e.g. HKID Card)
3. S1 Admission Slip (Original Copy)
4. Copies of the applicant's P5 & P6 academic reports
5. Copies of other achievement certificates
6. A copy of the applicant's Certificate of Baptism (Catholic)
