Australia Exchange Tour 2026

St. Joan of Arc Secondary School is pleased to present our Australia Study Tour 2026, a curated educational program designed to foster global citizenship, academic excellence, and cultural appreciation in Brisbane.

This comprehensive itinerary seamlessly blends high-caliber academic experiences with experiential learning. Students will engage in scholarly seminars at world-renowned institutions, including Griffith University and the University of Queensland, culminating in the acquisition of official participation certificates. Beyond the lecture hall, the curriculum extends into Australia’s rich heritage and unique ecology. Participants will develop practical insights into Indigenous traditions through hands-on cultural workshops and observe native biodiversity at the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary.

To maximize language acquisition and cultural empathy, students will reside with local host families, experiencing authentic Australian daily life first-hand. This invaluable scholastic journey is further enriched by guided excursions to key regional landmarks, including Warner Bros. Movie World, ensuring a balanced, holistic, and deeply memorable developmental experience.

[Student Exchange Highlights] Expanding Horizons Beyond Borders: Student Joins Rotary Overseas Exchange in Malaysia

Three students from our school were selected to join the Rotary Club Exchange Program to Batu Pahat, Malaysia. Throughout the insightful itinerary, participants immersed themselves in the local culture by exploring historical streets and traditional coffee shops, as well as visiting Chinese High School (Batu Pahat) to engage in vibrant academic exchanges with local peers.

The exchange also offered a valuable lesson in social responsibility as students visited Rotary business sites, the Rotary Hemodialysis Center, and the Agape Welfare Home to witness community service initiatives in action. Beyond the scheduled visits, our students actively bonded with peers from diverse backgrounds, fostering lifelong friendships. This unforgettable journey not only broadened the student's global perspective but also served as a meaningful milestone in their personal growth.

Tourism and Hospitality Studies: Macao Tourism and Hospitality Industry Study Tour

To enhance students' learning interest, the Tourism and Hospitality Studies Department organized the "Macau Tourism and Hospitality Industry Study Tour" from July 9 to July 10. In this tour, students visited famous attractions in Macao and toured the Macao University of Tourism to learn about local tourism planning, deepen their understanding of the industry and attraction operations, and gain a clearer insight into further study and career pathways related to the subject.
