Instruction Notes to S1 to S5 Admission

Method of Application:
Application form for admitting S2 – S5 classes can be downloaded from our school website (www.sja.edu.hk).
Applicant should submit the application form and relevant documents to school in person or by mail (55 Braemar Hill Road, North Point).

Office hour:
9:00 am – 4:00 pm (Monday to Friday)
9:00 am – 12:00 noon (Saturday)

Documents to be submitted:
1. One recent photo (2 inches X 1.5 inches)
2. A copy of the applicant's birth certificate/identification documents (e.g. HKID Card )
3. Copies of latest 2 years applicant's academic reports
4. Copies of other achievement certificates
5. A copy of the applicant's Certificate of Baptism (Catholic)
6. S1 only: S1 Admission Slip (original copy)
