To meet the curriculum requirements of the Civic and Social Development subject and enable students to gain a deeper understanding of our country’s development, S5 students join the “Shenzhen and Qianhai Economic Development Mainland Study Tour (Two Days)” organized by EDB from March 12 to 13, 2026. Students visited and experience various sites, such as the Nanshan Museum, the Qianhai Exhibition Hall, the Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Youth Development DreamWorks, and Nantou Ancient City, to learn about Shenzhen’s role and contributions as a Chinese Special Economic Zone and to examine the achievements of the country’s reform and opening-up. They also learnt about the development and facilities of local creative and cultural work, and explore the advantages and development opportunities for cross-regional exchange and collaboration.
