In response to the inaugural 'Hong Kong Reading for All Day' on April 23, eight student representatives from our school attended the 'Guinness World Records Challenge: Largest Multi-modal Reading Activity' held at the Kai Tak Stadium. The event aimed to set a new world record related to reading. 'Multi-modal reading materials' refer not only to printed books but also include photos, audio recordings, videos, songs, physical movements, and drama. The ' Reading Across Horizons Sharing Session' broadened the students' horizons. After successfully breaking the Guinness World Record, the students participated in reciting the 'Reading Manifesto' and a 30-minute collective reading session, enjoying the pleasure of reading in a quiet and focused atmosphere.
