In observance of the September 18 Incident Memorial Day, the Value Education Team conducted a special bilingual morning assembly to reflect on history and foster core values among students.

Centered on the theme "Faith Across Time and Space", the assembly revisited poignant diary entries from students during the 1931 Mukden Incident, helping students appreciate the hard-won peace we cherish today. The presentation connected the unwavering faith of our patron saint, St. Joan of Arc, with the heroic sacrifice of General Yang Jingyu—revered as the "General in the Snow"—who fought fearlessly to the end under extreme adversity in northeastern China.

The sharing inspired students to embody our core value of "Faith", cultivate a deep sense of civic responsibility and national identity, and face life’s challenges with perseverance and moral courage.
