
Exploration of the Motherland's Ecological Experiential Activity2025-04-15 (Tuesday)Our S4 Biology students participated in the Exploration of the Motherland's Ecological Experiential Activity organized by the Quality Education Resources Center on April 15. The lecturer allowed the students to observe and have contact with various live animals, including the Japanese rhinoceros beetle, ball python, gecko, chameleon, lizard, etc. The students were enabled to recognize the biological characteristics of these animals and use the dichotomous key for classification, so as to have a deeper understanding of biodiversity. In addition, the lecturer displayed the specimen of the Euchiridae, a second-class protected wild animal in China. The lecturer also explained the policies of the Ministry of State Security and the National Forestry and Grassland Administration in terms of ecological security, enabling the students to understand the measures taken by the country to address ecological security issues and China's conservation achievements.
